£19,376 - £22,347
INTERNAL APPLICATIONS ONLY
An opportunity has arisen for a talented Digital Marketer to join the marketing team at Leeds University Union (LUU). This newly created role will play a key part in delivering against our ambitious digital plans.
At LUU, we attract an average of 60,000 visits to our website each month and have a social media following of over 18,000. Digital platforms form a huge part of our communications offer to our members and other segments of our audience and we are becoming more increasingly reliant upon them.

You will be an experienced marketer and understand the importance of digital within the marketing mix. With experience of developing and managing digital content and campaigns you will feel comfortable to not only lead this area, but advise others on best practice and industry trends.
You will understand the value of personalised, accessible content and the necessity for this to be mobile-enabled.
Experience of communicating to the youth audience would be advantageous as you will need to quickly understand how our members interact with brands and each other online and how to ensure LUU competes in that space.
As a digital advocate, you will also understand the importance of good quality data and the intelligence that data can provide to a marketing team.
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will become a champion user of LUU’s membership database and will ensure that we are effectively utilising this data and other market intelligence through all of our digital marketing.
This role will also play a key part in helping us to achieve against our four year strategic plan, becoming a ‘Big Idea Manager’ under Theme 8 - Creating a vibrant place for you to meet other people.
