Polo B Team Success
Leeds University Union Polo Club entered three teams into the SUPA National Universities Polo Championships that took place at Offchurch Bury Polo club over the Jubilee weekend.
Despite the disheartening wet weather, the occasion was a joyful one for Leeds, in which the B team returned as champions of the Novice 1 amt division.
All the teams deserved recognition for the enthusiasm and high quality of their play under such challenging weather conditions. It was a very sociable event bringing together 52 British Universities and giving Leeds an opportunity to show off its talent.
Fantastic news for a society that has only been running for one year.
