Police

In an emergency you should always dial 999.

 

But there are many instances where other contacts are also useful.

 

NON-EMERGENCY

You can now dial 101 to speak to the police for all non-emergencies. 

 

Reporting a crime that has already happened such as vandalism, anti-social behaviour or stolen property is classed as a non-emergency. You should also dial 101 to report any suspicious activity you see.
