Duties: Working within a busy multi-national team you will be responsible for inbound and outbound calls to assist French and English customers requiring breakdown & personal assistance in the UK, Ireland and Europe. You will establish & assess each customer’s situation and organise the most suitable solution, whilst keeping the customer calm in sometimes stressful situations. Training is provided.
Skills needed: It is essential to the role that you have an excellent telephone manner, are fully computer literate and have the ability to work effectively under pressure. Experience of working within a customer service or a call centre environment would be appreciated.
It is imperative that you have the ability to communicate effectively both in French and English. Other European languages may be beneficial.
Required Shifts and Hours: Flexible shift patterns Mon-Sat, 8am-8pm. Average 20h p/wk increasing to 40h p/wk during August. Contracts from 2 to 4.5 months duration are available covering the period from the end of May to September/October.
