We are looking for warm, flexible, motivated individuals with a strong value base to support people with a learning disability and/or autism to lead a full & meaningful life. You will provide consistency and structure in a person centred manner, promoting independence, inclusion within the community, wellbeing and personal development. Experience is not essential as we offer full training. This includes Health and Social Care Diploma. Full and part time hours are available to suit your availability.
