We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly organised person with a strong customer focus to work within the Admissions Enquiries Team. The team is responsible for a number of key activities in the application process. These activities include telephone and email enquiries from prospective students and current applicants, requests for University publications, the management of the Taught Postgraduate offer despatch service, and acting as the main point of contact for the University’s network of international recruitment agents.
You will be a motivated individual with proven customer service skills and the ability to work independently and flexibly, especially at busy times. Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, with knowledge and experience of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel, you should also have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Experience of University administrative processes in a student-facing role would be an advantage.
