People in Action (Leeds) UK is a charity established in 1983. We support people with learning difficulties and disabilities enabling them to live in communities without boundaries. Play In Action project is funded by Children In need to offer additional play opportunities for children with learning difficulties/disabilities and their siblings within communities where there are limited opportunities.
Main purpose of role: You will be required to have a positive and creative attitude towards children, be a team player, able to adapt to individual needs, work under the direction of Senior Play Worker, available to work on weekends.
Skills/qualifications required: as per Person Specification, knowledge of spoken South Asian language would be desirable.
