PHP Developer Full Time Immediate Start

To take new project requirements and time estimate then develop an adequate planned solution in time and quality; to ensure 100% of the agreed work order is completed, tested and delivered in a quality manner.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Take new project on board and submit a professional solution for each part of the project; Choose the adequate communication tool to explain and detail each solution to the customer.2- Liaise with colleagues to prepare, check and issue 100% accurate quotation to the customer.3- Submit the quotation to the head developer for review and agreement.4- Check and process the agreed work order and ensure 100% accuracy with the agreed order from the customer.5- Submit on a regular basis work progress report to ensure the customer is kept informed.6- Deliver in time and quality the project for the customer to review.7- Deal without delay any bugs the customer could comes up with.8- In the course of carrying out the above duties, recognise and pass on relevant information to the appropriate members of the team; so as to ensure that the  EC management team is aware of any issues that may adversely affect customer satisfaction.9- Through good practice help resolve customer queries, including answers of technical queries and after sales issues in a pro-active manner; so as to ensure the customer’s need are satisfied as quickly as possible.10- Develop and continually update personal knowledge of coding; so as to ensure the highest level of site development is maintain at all times.11- Take an active role in developing internal systems with a view to improving efficiency, security, power and quality of our work and working environment in all senses.12- Create and update content on the main site, take part in other promotional and marketing activities as required.13- To undertake any other duties as may be required from time to time.14- Be pro-active in monitoring and communicating with team members regarding your current projects. Communicate problems and questions within the team.
