Whether you love that feeling of planing out of a carve gybe or hanging out on a wire, the passion you show for the sport you teach is key. As a qualified RYA Watersports Instructor you will work within a close team to deliver an activity programme to adults and children both on and off the water following the RYA syllabus.
The Watersports Instructor role is often a physically demanding and involves carrying, rigging and lifting. You will rotate responsibilities of instructing, safety cover, working the beach, being on rescue, and facilitating children's clubs throughout the day.

We are really hot on getting our children's clubs out on the water having fun so part of the Watersports Instructor role will be to actively help organise and run activities for children over 5 years. When the weather is bad and people are not able to go out on the water you will need to help create alternative activities and entertainment to amuse the guests.

This is a hugely rewarding role whether you are teaching a beginner dinghy group to successfully navigate around a triangular course, or get a group of intermediate windsurfers planing, there is no doubt you will get a great amount of personal satisfaction seeing your guests achieve their goals.

If you would like to apply for a Watersports Instructor position will need to have a minimum of an RYA instructors qualification in either Dinghy sailing or Windsurfing and hold a first aid certificate. You will also need to have an approachable and friendly attitude, ability to work well within a team, and be willing to assist in any other duties if necessary.

The overseas package includes flights, accommodation (including all associated bills), insurance, visa were applicable, use of equipment, paid holiday, end of season bonus, and some food in selected resorts.

Position available in both Greece and Turkey.

Includes flights, accom, and benefits
