Details
Leeds, York and North Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce is looking to recruit temporary telephone researchers for a two week period to conduct the fieldwork for its Quarterly Economic Survey (QES).
The QES is the region’s most accurate and comprehensive measure of local business trends and the results feed into the British Chambers of Commerce’s national report, which is read by the Treasury and the Bank of England. The survey covers key businesses indicators, such as sales, employment and confidence.
You will be responsible for making outbound telephone calls to businesses and conducting the survey over the phone and manually enter their responses. A professional manner and some knowledge of the economy/business environment is essential. It will also require sending emails to businesses with a web link to the survey.
