I am looking for the following attributes:

*Smart immaculate presentation – Black suit, white shirt and black shoes (tie for men)
*Excellent communication skills
*Great customer care skills and attention to detail
*A great team player
*Previous experience from a quality hotel reception area
*Experience from a corporate environment would be beneficial but not essential
*Superb IT skills
*The ability to work in a fast paced environment

The position will involve the following:

Meeting and greeting visitors to the building in a professional manner, and escorting clients to the assigned meeting rooms
Informing the host of the guests arrival promptly ensuring the guest is aware at all times as to how long the host will be
Issuing of a security pass ensuring the guests name is spelt correctly                                                                                                                                                                        Taking care of external and internal calls professionally                                                                                                                                                                                                 The booking of meeting rooms accurately ensuring that all food and beverage requirements are noted
Ensuring that the guests and hosts are taken care of offering excellent customer care skills at all times                                                                                                                 Setting up meeting rooms, delivery of tea/coffee/lunch
