Details
Act as a general assistant to both the marketing team and the administrator.
Be present and active in all press meetings and announcements
Assist Marketing Manager in administration of advertising sales.
Support coordination of merchandising.
Proof reading as necessary
Person Specification:

Must be available 8 hours/week minimum until festival.

Must be available full-time over 15-20 August 2012.

Must be able to drive and ideally own a car (petrol expenses will be paid).

Must be organised and self-motivated with good attention to detail.

Computer and Internet literate, including MS Office and social media.

Must be flexible, willing and able to assist in promotional duties out of usual office hours.

Must be passionate about working with the Beacons team and progressing our marketing.
