As part of the programme each graduate will be assigned a coach, and an experienced chartered engineer, to support their development.
As well as gaining an enormous breadth of hands on experience, you will have a range of more formal development opportunities, including specific training courses, coaching, job shadowing and mentoring.
The scheme follows a five placement programme related to areas of work that the Agency undertakes and will also help develop engineering competencies required for Chartership. These placements will begin with a nine month placement at an Agency office location. Of the remaining placements two will be at Agency offices and two will be secondments to an external supplier, providing design experience in the field.
Locations: HA office locations in Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Bedford, Dorking and Bristol
