We are looking to recruit fluent Chinese language speakers to join our award winning company in Leeds. Recently awarded tenth place in the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Small Companies to Work For Awards, Search Laboratory needs researchers to join our thriving SEO team.  We help our clients increase the visibility of their websites in the search engine results. This role will support the SEO team working on a wide range of exciting client SEO campaigns.

 

Reporting to the Off-Page SEO Manager, the primary responsibilities of the role are to:

  • Research relevant websites and blogs, and build relationships with webmasters to generate links.
  • Write interesting and original content to support the link building strategy.
  • Support the online PR strategy by creating content and building relationships with journalists.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality completion of all SEO activity within allocated budgets.
  • Support the SEO Account Managers with creative input into campaign strategies.
  • Produce regular progress reports.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments.

Skills needed:

 

Candidates should be able to demonstrate:

  • An interest in the internet and SEO, with a basic understanding of SEO principles.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • A creative approach to completing tasks
  • Good organisation skills
  • Methodical approach to completing tasks
  • Attention to detail
  • Good standard of English
