We are currently conducting a thorough review into pay in LUU to develop new ways of determining salaries and new salary and grading arrangements. This review is being conducted in consultation with staff and the Trade Unions.
The benefits section details all the benefits that are on offer to LUU staff. These range from generous holidays, staff discounts, library and sports centre membership and paid time off to deal with a range of situations.
