Annual Staff Survey
We really want to know what you think of LUU. That’s why every year we ask you to fill in our staff survey. We truly believe that if you are happy at work then we will offer a better service to our members so we act on your views and comments.
This years survey shows that satisfaction is pretty high with 96% of you saying that you enjoy your job and 88% of you saying that you love working at LUU.
From your comments from the 2010 survey lots of you said you wanted more exposure to the Senior Leadership team. This year they have been really committed to improving their visibility and have been out and about doing shifts in different departments, attending team meetings and at the weekly huddle.
This year we have extended our Making Headway system so that it reaches more people. We have encouraged managers to ensure everyone has 4 clear goals that they are working on.
We have introduced Hero of the Week and publicised this through the weekly email so that more people are recognised for the good things that they do. You can view previous nominations for Hero of the Week in the HR & Admin folder on the o drive and weekly nominations on the intranet home page.
