Amber Taxis
Amber Cars (0113) 2311 366 will take students home if you are stuck without any cash.
If you find yourself stuck without money and unable to get home, Amber Cars will take you home in exchange for your Leeds student card. Your card will be dropped off at LUU, and you can pick it up and pay your taxi fare when it is convenient. You should go to the LUU finance counter on the first floor (between 10.00am to 4.00pm) to pick up your card and pay your fare.
Getting a taxi is a much safer option than walking, especially if you are on your own and have had a few drinks, so take advantage of this!
For more details about fares, including fares to halls of residence, see the Amber Cars' website at www.taxileeds.co.uk/students.html.
