The new committee will constitute of 5 members ( President, Secretary, 
Treasurer, Sports Officer and Social Officer). In order to stand for a position, a 
candidate MUST :
- be a member of SPE University of Leeds Chapter.
- Provide Name and student number.
- Provide a manifesto by the 16th April, 5pm.
- state the position he's standing for. (1st and 2nd choice if you're standing for 2 
positions).
- Attend the AGM.
