LUU Yoga Society are taking a group to the Yorkshire Dales for a relaxing retreat to restore the body and mind post exams from 5th-7th June.
We will stay at the university's outdoor centre in Selside which comes with a large indoor area to practice yoga (although we will take sessions outside weather permitting!)
The three days will include lots of yoga, walks in the dales, group meditation, workshops and organic, vegan friendly meals. A perfect way to celebrate the end of term!
The price of the retreat is £60.00. This will cover accommodation, teaching, food and travel expenses. We are asking for a deposit of £30.00 to secure your place on the retreat. There are 21 places in total, first come, first served. The total cost must be paid by Friday June 1st.
