Beginners Buddhist Meditation


Meditation and mindfulness are fantastic life skills used for promoting physical and mental health and for personal and spiritual growth. Our experienced teacher will show you how to sit comfortably and will lead you through some short meditations. We will also have a discussion about meditation and an opportunity to meet current members who come from a variety of different faiths and backgrounds.
