A low rank officer Lim Teng Zui, incompetence leads to the embracement of a higher ranking officer in the Singaporean army.  The lowly-ranked Teng Zui shoulders the blame alone despite the involvement of others. Infuriated, Teng Zui confronts his accuser Tanya. Their clash escalates into a car chase, resulting in an accident which causes them to exchange souls...  This is part of the International Cultural Festival.
