Once again, TV weatherman Phil Connors (Bill Murray) is forced to cover the Groundhog Day ceremonies in Pennsylvania.  This year something bizarre happens: When he wakes up the next morning, ready to leave, he discovers it's February 2nd all over again.

Following Groundhog Day; a short discussion; "Eastern Buddhism, Western Buddhism or Buddhism?!", based around Buddhist Meditation responses to both Groundhog Day and Little Buddha (See Monday 8th Feburary).  This is part of the International Cultural Festival.
