  • Action

    Action is a student-led volunteer group. We run projects with children, older people and the environment, and are always looking for more opportunities to provide for the needs of the community.

  • Conservation Volunteers

    Hands-on conservation work in and around Leeds.

  • Homed

    HOMED is a charity who works with three hostels in Leeds. Come and help make a difference to the lives of the homeless in Leeds!

  • Horse Riding Club Volunteering Project

    LUU Horse Riding Club's volunteering project

  • Leeds Marrow

    Marrow is in over 40 universities in the UK. We sign people up to the bone marrow register via saliva sample to try and find matches for people who are dying from leukaemia and blood cancers.

  • LUUMS Education

    LUU Music Society (LUUMS) Education is a student-led society that runs a number of projects involving music and the wider community of Leeds and the surrounding areas. Click to find out more!

  • MEDAID Africa
  • Nightline

    Nightline is a student peer counselling service open every night of term with branches at over 40 UK universities

  • RAG

    Leeds RAG is Leeds University Union’s official fundraising body.

  • READ International

    Read International is a nationwide charity which collects books from UK high schools and takes the best and most relevant textbooks to Tanzania. We enthusiastic volunteers to work at every stage

  • St John Ambulance Links

    We train students in First Aid, a useful and beneficial skill that everyone should have. Volunteers from the society can then provide First Aid for university and local events.

  • STAR Bike Project

    Project renovating and redistributing bikes to refugees and asylum seekers.

  • STAR Saturday Project

    Project that provides English classes for refugees and asylum seekers.

  • STAR Wednesday Project

    Project providing English classes for refugees and asylum seekers on Wednesdays.
