Ultimate Frisbee

About Us

Welcome to Leeds University Ultimate Frisbee Club.  Ultimate Frisbee (or simply 'Ultimate') is a fast paced, non-contact sport played on a field with a flying disc.  It combines the best aspects of Football, Rugby, American Football and Basketball into one sport for men and women of any experience level, from complete novice to expert.  It is played all over the world and recognised by all major sporting bodies.
