The Rileys 2010 Winners of The ARC Award

Welcome to Leeds University Boat Club

We welcome rowers of all abilties and experience.

 

Whether you have never rowed before or you are a complete veteran we have the facilities to cater for you. You can join one of the competitve squads or if you just like the idea of having a paddle we have a recreational section too.

 

Our regular training times will be Circuits on a Thurs at 7.00pm and Friday at 7.00pm both at the Cromer Terrace Sports Hall. There will be also be water training on Wednesday afternoons, and on Saturdays and Sundays. 

 
 
Come to our Spring Give It A Go at Roundhay Park on Wednesday 8th Februrary. Sign up on here or email luubcsecretary@hotmail.co.uk - transport and a picnic will be included.

LUUBC Committee Elections

This election is for the selection of committee members for the term 2011-2012. Anyone who is a paid member of the club may put themselves forward for a position as long as they will be a member of the club throughout the committee’s term, this isn’t the case for “club captain” as you must have been on committee the previous term to be eligible. All paid members of the club may vote.

Nominations close at 12:00 on Monday 13 February 2012 (in 5 days and 3 hours)

The polls open at 12:00 on Tuesday 14 February 2012 (in 6 days)
