Oxley Residences Christmas Event
The Oxley Residences Christmas Event will take place on Tuesday 6th December at Weetwood Hall from 7.30pm. Tickets are priced at £20 and include champagne reception, a 3-course meal (menu below) and a DJ and Disco later in the night. We would like to see as many of you as possible there so please ensure you buy your ticket as soon as possible - they will go off sale at 7pm on the 28th November! You can buy tickets from the Union website - simply add the ticket to your basket and the proceed to checkout - in doing this you will be asked to choose which meal you would like from the menu below,

Meet your 2011/12 Committee:
President: Jack White
The President is there to help everyone in their hall have a great year by representing them at LUU forums and ensuring that the Residents’ Committee is running smoothly. This will include liaising with residence staff and wardens, as well as LUU Staff and the executive officers and keeping you informed of all events and campaigns.
Vice President Treasurer: Nish Modasia
Prepares and manages the JCR budget, overseeing the income and expenditure throughout the year ensuring money is spent in the best way possible for students, and keeps the committee, residents, Students’ Union and University updated about the accounts.
Communications Officer: Matthew Kells
Communicates information from the committee and Students’ Union, getting messages out to everyone else living in your residence, through as many ways as possible such as through Facebook, e-mails and producing posters.
Events Officer: Eleanor Bredin
The Events officer organises events that everyone living in your residence can enjoy.
Sports Captain: Chris Quaey
Organises and enters sports teams into the Inter-Hall Sports Cup and liaises with the treasurer about purchasing team kits. Find out how your team is doing here.
Green Rep: Freya Potter
Helps you and your neighbours to reduce your impact on the environment as well as raising awareness and promoting campaigns and initiatives in the community.
