Political & Campaigning Groups

Palestinian Solidarity Group

About Us

Who we are:

The Palestine Solidarity Group is a campaigning group based at the University of Leeds. The aim of the group is to raise awareness about the contemporary and historical situation in Palestine, apply International pressure to end the Illegal Israeli occupation, and support the humanitarian cause of the Palestinians and their right to self determination.

What we do:

The PSG organises a wide range of activities including speaker events, film showings, cultural events, conferences, day trips, stalls and other educational initiatives to increase understanding and support among students for the Palestinian cause.

When we meet:

We meet every Wednesday from 2-3pm. It's usually in Meeting Room 3 but check our facebook page for details. The meetings are a chance for anyone to put forward ideas and contributions to the running of the society.
