General Interest Groups

Assassins is based on Steve Jackson's game 'Killer'; the aim is to kill your friends safely, using whatever means possible. Log into the website to view your three targets and hunt them down throughout the university over the course of the game. Kill them and fresh targets will be given to you. Miss and you’ll be added to everyone’s target list. Remember being an assassin is about style, so extra points are given for sheer audacity with the winner being the last Man standing.

It’s a bit of a laugh with most people being wiped out by highly trained killer attack pigs or the classic rubber knife to back trick. The dying masses meet up for drinks in the pub and it’s generally a pretty laid back society. So join today and become part of one of the fastest growing and deadliest societies in Leeds.

Events

The game lasts most of the term but we intersperse it with paintball and laser quest games. The major events in our calendar are zombie apocolypse, the assassins' varsity and NERF wars. Other than that socials are mostly house parties, Otley runs, and zombie meets but we also have the occasional pub quiz.

The zombie apocalypse on the 29th October was an immense success with people dying to be there! A killer time was had by all both dead and undead, a snippet of the pre-zombie games:

Membership 

Annual Membership for the guild is only £5 which gets you invites to all of our fantastic events, including discount Paintball and Airsoft
