About Us

The Nigerian Student Society (NSSUK-Leeds) has been in existence for a number of years, consisting of both undergraduates and postgraduates in the university. Our passion lies in integrating all Nigerian students and lovers of the Nigerian culture together, with the purpose of promoting:

·             the welfare of our members
·             our values and what we stand for as Nigerians
·             progressive community spirit
·             good relationship with our host community and other societies.

We organise fun-filled educational and social activities – helping you build strong networks and giving you lifetime experiences. There are lots of interesting activities lined up for this year.

We work in collaboration with the Nigerian Community in Leeds and other Nigerian Associations in the UK. We also exhibit openness and friendship with people and students from other parts of the world.

Membership fee is £5. More benefits come with being a member.
