Conferencing Facilities
Leeds University Union is situated in the hub of the University of Leeds’ Campus and has many rooms and facilities to offer event and conference organisers. It is becoming a very well established conference venue with many loyal returning customers, hosting everything ranging from annual conferences to three day music festivals.
We are a very flexible venue that truly appreciates the individual needs of each and every single event. LUU provides you with a dedicated coordinator to liaise with before, during and after your event to ensure that you are happy with your booking at every stage.
We will have as much input in your event as you want us to. We are happy to advise and guide you as we are here to ensure that your event runs smoothly and exceeds all expectations.

Facilities
The Riley Smith Hall is situated just inside the Union foyer capitalising on the footfall throughout the day and has proved a perfect venue for recruitment fairs, theatre productions, exhibitions and many other events.
In contrast to this, our meeting rooms are situated away from the busy union foyer and are to be found in a dedicated conferencing corridor which is home to four meeting rooms and one conference hall, all of different sizes to accommodate a range of meetings, seminars and workshops.
Our bars and clubs are also available to hire for any type of event ranging from Christmas parties, gigs or additional space for conferences.
Price Packages
LUU offers a very competitive delegate rate:
Day Delegate Rate: (minimum of 10) £25 per person
Package includes: Main Conference Room hire, Morning tea/coffee, Lunchtime buffet, Afternoon tea/coffee, Flipchart and pens
Evening and Half Day Delegate Rate (minimum of 10) £15 per person
Main Conference Room tea/coffee & biscuits upon arrival Flipchart and pens.
